You will have to tell us the domain, login information and describe your issue. If you are getting error messages please inform us with detail.

Yes, we will not create them for you, but we will support you with any technical issues with MySQL data bases that should result from our services.

We provide with all our accounts a set of preinstalled scripts. We will assist you with any issue arising from our services regarding the access to those scripts, however for specific questions about them you will need to contact their developers to whom we are not affiliated. Also feel free to suggest new features you would like to see in your accounts.
9.-Do you provide tech support to the customers of your resellers?
No. We have a full support system for our resellers, but we do not taka support requests from their clients directly.
