1.- How can I read my emails?
To read your email with you account at HostingHQ,net, you only need to type www.yourdomain.com/webmail (where yourdomain.com is your actual domain) and a new window will pop up asking your user and password. Your user is your full email address (name@yourdomain.com) and the password is the one you chose when you created it or the one we assigned you if we created your email account. Press enter. This application will lead you to your email. If on the contrary you want to configure your email account on a mail client (like outlook), you can watch a video of how to do this in your Control Panel.
2.- What is my mail server?
The mail server at HostingHQ.net are: mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your actual domain), both for POP and SMTP.
