1.-Where are your servers located?
All our web servers are currently located in Montreal, Canada. We have access to all the IPs, backbones, etc. Our quality standards for power and security are as high as the best data centers in the world.

2.-Does your data center have redundant Internet connectivity?
Our data centers has multiple connections from different backbone providers. These are fiber optics connections and come from providers with the best reputation in the market.

3.-Does your data center have redundant Power connectivity?
Yes, our power sources provide our systems with permanent and balanced power, UPS systems, multiple outlets and backups.

4.-Does it operate under high security standards?
Yes, we have strict measures related to updating our software and maintaining security.

5.-What kind of servers and operative systems are you using?
We use Linux web servers, opperating with open source software, which enables us to provide you inexpensive solutions while using the most used and tested software options, (like Apache, PHP, Perl, etc.).

6.-Do you monitor the servers and their functioning?
Yes, we know within seconds if a server is experiencing a problem. We have software monitoring the functioning and capacity of our web servers 24/7, we are always the first to know if anything is not working the way it should.

7.-What web server software are you using?
We use cPanel on Apache 2.0 and CentOS.

8.-Do you offer SSL certificates?
Yes, we offer a free shared certificate that you can use. If you need a specific certificate don′t hesitate to contact us.

9.-Do you offer MS FrontPage extensions?
Yes, we support them. However, we don′t recommend its use because the lack of open standards makes tech support more difficult. If you decide to use FrontPage, make sure to backup your files regularly.

10.-Do you offer Java applets or Java servlets (JSP)?
If you need to use this feature, please contact us and we′ll be glad to assist you.

11.-Do you offer SSI?
Yes, SSI is a feature included with all our plans.

12.-What Perl version are you using?
We are using Perl 5.1.x o its latest version. If you need to install a module, let us know and we′ll assist you.

13.-Do you offer pre-installed scripts?
Yes, we offer a large collection of scripts for your convenience. Including bulletin boards, formmail, guestbooks, shopping cart, several CMS like Joomla and others. With our Control Panel, installing these scripts is very simple.

14.-Can I use any CGI program with my hosting account?
Almost all CGI/Perl programs work in our system, you can install them yourself, or use one of ours. However, using any of these programs falls under our contract and privacy policy. The programs you are planning to use should not violate our policies about software utilization, nor enable the reception of anonymous email (like Matt′s Formmail.pl). Please ask our tech support for more details regarding specific CGI scripts and security.

15.-What version of PHP are you using?
We are running php5 or it latest version. We are currently running most modules and servers related to php/mysql. We don′t allow access to our php.ini configuration in our servers.

16.-Can I use PHP Nuke in your system?
Yes, and we provide an easy installation and updating with our Control Panel.

17.-What MySQL version are you currently using?
We are using version 5 or its latest version. We also offer PhpMyAdmin to make your MySQL operations more efficient. Database creation and extraction is easy with our Control Panel.

18.-Do you provide root access for MySQL?
No. Even though hosting accounts have the capability of creating and using MySQL databases, we do not offer root access to any of our servers.

19.-Do you provide MSSQL access?
No, the only database that we currently support is MySQL.

20.--Do you provide stats programs to monitor my visitors?
Yes. Analog, Webalizer, Awstats and other features that help you analyze your web traffic are part of your Control Panel.

21.-Can I use "cron jobs"?
Yes, but before you use them make sure your practices are in accordance to our regulations.

22.-Can I use software based in IRC?
Unfortunately, no. Software related to IRC is a common source of security issues.

23.-Do you offer Telnet or shell access?
No, we don′t give shell or Telnet access to our hosting clients.

24.-What FTP software are you using in the server?
We are using ProFTPd.
