It is sent to you via email when you sign up for a new product or service with us, you can always ask us to email you a copy if you misplaced it.

3.-What constitutes abuse and what is your policy regarding abusive programs?
Any script or software that takes too many resources from the server, either on purpose or due to failed processes is considered abused and will be terminated. If the abuse source comes from your account you will be informed and will be requested to take the necessary steps to correct it, if the problem persist we will suspend the offending account.

4.-How do you prevent Spam and what is your policy towards unsolicited and mass emails?
We have spam filters on all accounts and tools on every control panel you can adjust to suit your needs. Regarding spam originating from our server, we have a zero tolerance policy. You are not permitted to send spam from our server or to advertise your website through spam even when this is not originated from our server.

No, we don′t permit hosting sites that contain pornographic material, online casinos, sites that promote violence and hate in any way or that encourage or promote any criminal activity.
